The PIChe-JSLUC is a co-curricular student organization that continuously conducts activities that provide a neutral ground for cultural and creative exchange; academic, athletic and spiritual development and outreach to the youth.

The objectives of the institute is to promote the academic excellence to Chemical Engineering students, to foster fellowship and unity among its members, to enhance the capacity of the members to form and develop innovative ideas and to develop leadership on members.
