The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers- Saint Louis University Student Chapter is a bona fide derivative of the national organization that was established on 1937.

 

            The student chapter functions to encourage civil engineering students of Saint Louis University- Baguio City to work together in fellowship and dedication for Science and Technology; enhance and improve civil engineering standards, curricula and facilities in schools; provide encouragement, guidance and leadership to civil engineering students.
