SEA Athletics

Our collective aspirations will be to:

 

• achieve national success – both athletically and academically – and by so doing engage and inspire all constituencies to support the broader University pursuit of preeminence.

• allow student-athletes to meet or exceed their expectations in every aspect of their experience at the University, and to provide the resources for coaches and staff to develop winning programs.

 

Our mission will be accomplished in an environment, which recognizes the value of diversity and adheres to the highest standards of integrity, work ethic, and teamwork by student-athletes and staff while complementing the institution’s vision. The mission of the SEA Athletics and Intramurals Program is to support the greater goals of Saint Louis University by providing opportunities for respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership, and sportsmanship to all students, faculty, and staff through the medium of movement and competition. Recreation and Intramural Sports supports the holistic development of the student by providing a platform that contributes to their social and personal interaction with others and promotes physical well-being throughout the campus environment.
